A & E Emergency Services LLC
A&E Emergency Services, LLC currently offers a health insurance option for all full time employees. The employee can opt to select individual, employee/children, employee/spouse or family coverage. The employer is responsible for fifty percent (50%) of the employee’s premium. The employee is then responsible for the remaining fifty percent (50%). The employee’s portion of their premium will be deducted from each paycheck. Vision and dental coverage are offered at an additional expense to the employee and are not currently paid for by the Company. Due to the many changes in health insurance, each year we evaluate our current insurance coverage to insure it is meeting the needs of our employees. We do at times change carriers in an effort save employee expenses.
For full time employees who have exceeded their 6 month probationary period, A&E Emergency Services, LLC will pay time and a half to those employees whose shifts fall on the following recognized holidays:
We offer both paid time off and sick time accruable based upon years of service with the company.
These salaries are based upon working a 24/48 rotating schedule. The following are the starting salaries for positions with A&E.
Salaries are determined based upon years of experience and level of training. Yearly evaluations are used to determine pay increase. Additional monetary bonuses are awarded yearly with excellent employee reviews. FTO and Captain positions receive additional pay increases.
